The first step to dismantling historical inequities in CTE is identifying when and where they occur. In this session, participants will learn how data can be leveraged to identify and address opportunity and achievement gaps in CTE for learners of all identities. Participants can expect to walk away with actionable strategies, tools and examples for centering their data strategy around equity.
